Diana Mannino

I was born in a poor mountain village in the center of China. As the top student in my high school class I earned admission from the famous Central South University in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. I studied philosophy and began working for the government after graduating. Later, I went back to school for a master’s degree of Law at Hunan University and received my lawyer license. I practiced as a lawyer in Changsha for a couple of years then became a partner of Beijing Yingke Law Firm, Changsha Office. I immigrated to the USA in August 2012. Then I met my husband in Michigan who has supported me throughout my journey of building an empire for our family.

I started to invest in Real Estate in October 2012 and became a licensed real estate agent in June of 2014. I began my residential rental properties via Airbnb, HomeAway and VRBO in 2016 and have held my Airbnb Superhost title consistently since 2017. Most of my properties are rated Guest Favorite on Airbnb. Now, I own 16 rental properties nationwide. Some in Metro Detroit, Cooperstown, New York, Big Bear Lake, Rancho Cucamonga, Los Angeles,

I am blessed to have traveled many beautiful countries. I really appreciate the amazing nature that the United States has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy learning, reading, writing, traveling, hiking, cooking, music, fun games of ping pong. I also take pride in helping others achieve their dream goals. A few years ago, I wrote two books that were published in China. To help more people live a high quality life, I am writing my third book “Diana’s Secrets To Be Happy & Healthy & Wealthy--From Poor Chinese Village Girl To The Forest Queen Who Travels The World” in English.

I am smart, self-disciplined, and extremely passionate about my work. I put my faith and trust in God. I believe my dreams can come true if I stay focused and consistently work hard for them every single day. My proudest accomplishment has been building this A-Frame Paradise.
